Covid-19 Notice to Clients

Dear Valued Client:

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. We are excited to be seeing you back in our office soon. While many things have changed over the past few months, one thing has remained the same: our firm’s commitment to you.

We wanted to let you know about some of the changes you will notice when we open for regular appointments. We made these changes to help protect our clients and staff.

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. 

Here are some things you can expect, to continue to protect all of us against COVID-19:

• Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some health screening questions (do you have a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, etc.). You’ll be asked those same questions again when you get to the office.
• Everyone (staff and clients) will be asked to use hand sanitizer when they come into the building, and their temperature will be taken with a touch-less thermometer.
  • You will find hand sanitizer in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
• When arriving for your reserved appointment, you will need to call the office at (734) 665-4441 to check in with the receptionist. 
• The front door of the office will be locked. We will be having clients wait in their cars and we will let you know we are ready for you to come in. 
• Drivers and companions of clients will be asked to wait in their cars, not in the waiting room. The seating area in the office will be closed.
• Upon entering the office, you will be lead into a conference room that has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. 
• We will be following CDC recommendations and requiring you to wear a face mask when in the building.
