Andrew M. Eggan, Retired

Mr. Eggan has been with the firm since 1975 and focuses his practice on business entity (corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership) formation, structure and operation, real estate (commercial and residential), estate planning and probate law. Andy serves as one of Washtenaw County’s Public Administrators on appointment of the Michigan Attorney General. He heads up the firm’s four-member Estate Planning Group, having, after 40 years of practice, developed a reputation as one of the premier estate planners in the Greater Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area and beyond.
