Four Attorneys at PSED Law Awarded Prestigious “Superlawyer” Peer Review Designation

Ann Arbor, MI – Four attorneys at Pear Sperling Eggan & Daniels, P.C. have been awarded the prestigious “Superlawyer” peer review designation.

PSED Law is proud to announce that four of its attorneys were voted onto the list of Michigan Superlawyers for the 2012 year, which runs from September 2012 – September 2013) by their peers. These four attorneys join Edwin Pear, the long-time managing partner of the firm, in earning a Superlawyers designation. Mr. Pear was ranked on the Superlawyers list for 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

There are two Superlawyer ratings. Rising Stars are lawyers 40 and under who demonstrate high achievement and have been identified by their peers as up-and-comers in the State. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to the Rising Stars list. The Superlawyer designation is a special distinction that signals a unique combination of excellence and breadth of expertise for an established attorney. The objective of both of these designations is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.

For the year September 2012 – September 2013, Thomas Daniels and Jerold Lax were chosen by their peers as Michigan Superlawyers. In addition, Wendy Alton and Rebecca Takacs were selected by their peers as Michigan Superlawyer Rising Stars.
