Business attorney, James B. Nelson retires from Pear Sperling Eggan & Daniels P.C. His practice focused on estate planning, probate litigation, trust and estate administration, business matters, and real estate, including construction and construction lien matters. 

“I’m fortunate to have spent fifty-three years providing legal services to many people in the Ypsilanti – Ann Arbor community. I’ve met so many wonderful people and learned so much along the way,” says James B. Nelson. Mr. Nelson will serve as Of Counsel to the firm and will remain available to consult on matters on a limited schedule. On cases he is actively assisting with at this time, he will continue to be involved through their conclusion.
