Three Attorneys at PSED Law Receive Prestigious “Superlawyer” Award for 2013

Three attorneys at Pear Sperling Eggan & Daniels, P.C. have been awarded the prestigious “Superlawyer” peer review designation.

PSED Law is proud to announce that three of its attorneys were voted by their peers onto the 2013 Michigan Superlawyers list. For the year September 2013 – September 2014, Thomas Daniels and Jerold Lax were chosen by their peers as Michigan Superlawyers, and, Wendy Alton was selected by her peers as a Michigan Superlawyer Rising Star.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

There are two Superlawyer ratings. Rising Stars are lawyers age 40 and under or attorneys with ten years of practice or less, who demonstrate high achievement and have been identified by their peers as up-and-comers in the State. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to the Rising Stars list. The Superlawyer designation is a special distinction that signals a unique combination of excellence and breadth of expertise for an established attorney. The objective of both of these designations is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.
